MFK GROUP INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SKILLS PURCHASED OR DOWNLOADED FROM THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), whichever is greater.
