7-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase only if the skill fails to work as described in its listing or is found to contain malicious code. This policy protects buyers while ensuring sellers are fairly compensated for legitimate products.

1. Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • Skill does not function as described: The skill fails to perform the capabilities stated in its listing (e.g., a "Code Review" skill that cannot analyze code)
  • Malicious code detected: The skill contains malware, viruses, data exfiltration, or other malicious components not disclosed in the listing
  • Technical incompatibility: The skill does not work with the stated AI agent(s) despite following installation instructions
  • Missing critical features: Core features advertised in the listing are absent or non-functional
  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same skill twice

2. NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind: You no longer want or need the skill
  • Expected different functionality: The skill works as described, but you expected it to do something else
  • Skill already used: You have already installed and used the skill extensively
  • Price objection: You found a similar skill at a lower price
  • Third-party issues: Problems caused by your AI agent, system configuration, or third-party services
  • After 7 days: Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Free skills: Free skills are not eligible for refunds (no payment was made)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

4. Refund Timeline

  • Review period: 1-3 business days to review your request
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Impact on Sellers

When a refund is approved:

  • The seller's payout for that sale will be reversed
  • Repeated refunds may trigger a review of the skill listing
  • Skills with high refund rates may be suspended or removed from the marketplace

We encourage sellers to provide accurate descriptions and respond promptly to buyer questions to minimize refund requests.

6. Disputes & Appeals

If your refund request is denied and you believe this decision was incorrect:

  • You may appeal by replying to our decision email with additional evidence
  • Appeals must be submitted within 7 days of the original decision
  • Final decisions on appeals are made by our Trust & Safety team
